Steep cliffs, long fine-sand beaches, and the Pyrenees mountains, driving through picturesque villages with their Labourdine houses, the Basque Country has a multitude of interesting places to visit.<\/p>\n<p>The Basque heritage is famous for its gastronomy (charcuterie, peppers, chocolate, piperade, axoa, Basque cake, ewe-milk cheese with black-cherry jam, mouchou biscuits, the marmitako tuna stew and so many other local specialities to discover) and its folklore, with its dancers dressed in local colours, red berets and traditional music.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_single_image image=&#8221;38&#8243;
